Custom Bait Refund Policy

All custom-painted baits are built to order and are therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been placed.

We stand behind our workmanship. If your bait arrives with a defect in materials or craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Defects related to manufacturing or craftsmanship will be repaired, replaced, or otherwise addressed at our discretion.

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear, fish damage, misuse, modifications, lost baits, or damage resulting from fishing conditions.

By placing an order for a custom-painted bait, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

ORDERS  

Most orders ship next day to within a week. There are times where there is some back log on certain baits that may take a little longer due to their custom nature (paint and build) Feel free to inquire on approximate ETA's.
